Position summary:



Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.Responsible for the over-all  expenditures/revenue monitoring; posting  in accounting system; and  issues/processes payments.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:



·       Process/ posting all the expenditures into accounting system.
·       Prepare /Issuing all cheques and trace them till being received (suppliers payments, governmental  fees & reimbursement of petty cash).
·       process  all outwards transfers and trace till received  ( SWIFT & Debit notes )
·       Process / posting the banks liabilities (LC’s & Murabaha & bank charges) into accounting system.
·       Process /posting  the employees payments ( salaries,  commission &  termination )
·       Process / posting the  accruals & prepaid expenditures in accounting system
·       Monthly bank accounts reconciliation
·       Reconciliation/reporting monthly banks liabilities.
·       monthly stocktaking & process data in sage.
·       Develops and improve accounting transaction into the systems and procedures continuously within Accounting department and intra departmental policies and procedures.
·       Ensures timely and accurate release of information reports.
·       Manages monthly accounts / closing with respect into   accounting system.
·       Ensuring that the accurate accounting data is made available on a daily basis.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:



  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • 3-4 year of working experience in the Accounting/Finance Field.
  • Any Finance Certification is a Merit.

Required Skills & Knowledge:



  • MS Office.
  • Entry Professional Skills
