- Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.- Provides sales management information by completing reports.- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.- Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Maintains relationships with existing customers through regular review visits.- Discusses and solves any client issues related to the comapny's products and services to maximize customer satisfaction -- Gathers market and customer information to identify potential corporate clients and visits potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets -- Advises clients on forthcoming product and service developments and discusses any special promotions to increase monthly sales figures -- Contacts clients by phone to negotiate terms of an agreement and concludes sales.- Gains a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements and makes recommendations to the product development team to introduce new or enhance current products to meet customer needs -- Resolves any customer issues such as faulty ticketing or hotel bookings by coordinating with the appropriate party for action to increase customer satisfaction

3- Health and Safety Manager
Background:
Health and safety inspectors work to protect people's health and safety by making sure risks in the workplace are properly controlled - They ensure employers comply with all aspects of health and safety laws and that workplaces are not the cause of ill health, injury or even death - They do this by inspecting business premises and investigating accidents, and through enforcement of the law.Health and safety inspectors work mainly for the Health and Safety Executive (HSE - - They work either for a general team or specialize in a particular area, such as construction, forestry or hazardous goods.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing effective policies and procedures- Making regular inspections and risk assessments- Keeping accident records- Advising on protective clothing and equipment- Training employees on safety issues- Investigating accidents and recommending improvements in safety standards- Writing reports- Working with Health and Safety Executive inspectors and trade unions- Keeping up to date with changes in the law.
