Key Responsibility:
  1. Follow up the personnel affairs work and ensure that they complete the personnel files and register them in the Labor and Social Insurance office.
  2. Providing all administrative services, including copying, photocopying, archiving, transport and delivery, regular maintenance and maintenance.
  3. Supervising securing workplace needs with the necessary stationery.
  4. Verify that all administrative instructions are already followed and that sanctions are imposed on violators.
  5. Submit weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, semi-anual and annual reports to senior management and discuss these reports in the periodic meetings of managers.
  6. Implementing approved quality plans for administrative affairs.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Msc degree in business administration/ or any equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resource or administration Dept.
  • Excellent computer Skills (MS Office).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Male Preferred.
