Wanted: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Helping clients find their way around the office.
Advertising for clients as necessary.
Keep a record of staff and visitors checking in and out of the building.
Prepare meeting and training rooms.
- Answer phones professionally, and make calls as needed.
Assist colleagues in administrative tasks.
Providing excellent customer service.
Maintenance and order office supplies.
- Book travel arrangements.
Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Good English.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the field or a related field.
- Proficient in the lady's office.
Excellent communication skills.
