Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Computer science or IT related field.
Experience in support tools
Experience not less than 1 years hands-on IT Support experience.
Advanced Troubleshooting skills in a multi-user, high pressure environment
Understanding of networking concepts
Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting
Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
