HR/Admin Officer

Elevate for Community Development is a newly established NGO, incorporated in Khartoum, Sudan as of September 2019. Elevate is a humanitarian/developmental organization focusing largely on the fields of Health, Education and Self Reliance. Elevate is looking for a qualified HR/Admin Officer.

Salary Rang 280-320 USD, depending on experience

Purpose:

Under the supervision of the General Director, the HR/Administrative officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the office, handling HR/administrative issues, and ensuring adherence to all Elevate HR & Administrative procedures.

Department: Admin Department

Reporting: General Director

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth flow of routine administrative work of the Elevate office

· Develop and implement the guidelines for office operations:

· Assume responsibilities for general office maintenance, including equipment.

· Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the office.

· Ensure office is supplied and stocked

• Maintains confidence of the DG and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Readiness to conduct field visits
• Carry out all documentation related tasks as needed and as directed by the DG
• Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains a positive attitude and contributes to the healthy and friendly work environment
• Any other relevant task
