ملخص الموقف:

تقديم المشورة ومعالجة عمليات البيع وعروض الأسعار للعملاء / ورش العمل من أجل تحقيق هدف المبيعات ورضا العملاء.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تحرير الفواتير: 

• تسعير وإصدار الفواتير النهائية للعملاء من أجل تزويدهم بالبضائع المطلوبة.

التقارير: 

• Generate a daily/weekly/monthly report stating the sales value in order to compare it with target and registering the lost sales in the system.
• Update workshop requisitions in order to ensure completed jobs are picked up by workshop.
• Provide workshops with daily ETA reports.
• Report and control all cash transactions on a daily basis . 

Display arrangement 

• Arrange and coordinate the display of products in the branch in order to attract, market and acquire new clients.

Technical assistance 

• Assist and advice customers about products specifications to support customer's decision in order to achieve high level of customer satisfaction . 

Warehousing

• Ensure optimal stock is available in the branch; monitor all stock transfer on daily basis.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

المؤهل   درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو المقدمة ذات الصلة الوثيقة.

خبرة  3 سنوات في المبيعات 

المهارات والمعرفة المطلوبة:

• المبيعات والتسويق
• إدارة علاقات العملاء
• مهارات الحاسوب
• القدرة على التحدث والقراءة والعرض بشكل احترافي باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
