الواجبات

  •  Good Knowledge of the Sudan market
  •  The prime objective of the job is to set KPIs for each sales representative with clear cut routes to be contacted or to ensure that coverage is properly maintained at areas of assignment to make sell company products reach each corner of the areas covered by the sales man and raise awareness of clients, through building up of a wide range of distribution or selling centers in the areas assigned to him by the direct supervisor.
  •  Develop plan and set targets to each sales man
  •  Responsible for Sale Areas
  •  Periodic physical check for areas under his responsibility
  •  Ensure that policies and procedures are followed by his team and adhered to by all sales representatives 
  •  Define sales men responsibilities and ensure that areas set by his section is followed by his team 
  •  Follow up sales department plan.
  •  Coverage: Maximum sale coverage plus regular contacts with key customers.
  •  Distribution: achieve availability objectives by SKU at total base of customers.
  •  Merchandising: achieve visibility objectives by brand at the POB (Point of Buying) at total base of customers/territory.
  •  Volume: achieve monthly targets by brand SKU. Volume and Value total customers and salesmen team.
  •  Training: Ensure that his team is properly trained on best sale practices

متطلبات

Education: BA, BSC or over 8 years of experience with secondary school certificate
Experience: Minimum 5 years 
Organization, coaching and supervisory skills. 
Report writing ability.
Able to work of own Initiative. 
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Professional knowledge of Arabic and English Languages.
