الواجبات

• Establishing monthly short summary report and one comprehensive detailed report on quarter basis for logistics activities. 
• Follow up the contractor performance regarding Clearance & Transportation and Aviation on regular basis and evaluate them according to company objectives. 
• Signed the work orders issued for transportation and clearance activities. 
• Follow up logistics ACV (actual cost value). 
• Establishment of shipping for Import/Export procedures and it has been implemented with improvement highlighted by the company management. 
• Establishment of expediting report with detailed materials delivery process. 
• Monthly and annual report preparations.  
• Issue of work order to contractor to clear the shipments and transport it to its required location with minimum risk taken by controlling the contractor with daily report. 
• Coordinate with internal authority regarding the security approvals, exemption letters...etc. 
• TC paper preparation for inland transportation and custom clearance services. 
• Attend the delivery process of crucial items and shipments arrived with full report to the management. 
• Communicate with all departments/users to determine their materials requirements in order to plan the current and future requirements for the logistics. 
• Check the contract duration and validity and prepare for the upcoming by defining the needs which is unexpected. 

متطلبات

Education: B.SC in integrated logistics management or equivalent degree in Business/ Economics
Experience: Minimum 3 Years I Purchasing
Competency: 
Excellent Oral &written communication skills. 
Fluent English language.
Familiar with Microsoft package.
Ability to work under pressure, 
Work effectively independently and within a team
