Position summary:
To repair and follow up rental equipment operation, response to complaints from working sites.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Properly log machine & service personnel movement , machine services
• Maintain proper documentation of work orders raised and record maintenance and repair work performed.
• optimize check-in and check-out process
• Log all service jobs at K9 & to collect & analyze log book operator & services .
• Receive and diagnoses all service jobs from sites.
 To arrange and order parts.
 Observe honest and ethical practice of genuine replacement of parts and service rendered according to the checklist and scope of works
• Responsible of preparing monthly/weekly/daily reports as required
 Assist in the training of staff, and provide guidance to guidance and supervision to all underlines personnel.
 Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
• BSC mechanical engineering
• Driving license
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience Knowledge and familiarity in machines maintenance and repair

• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent follow-up and reporting skills
• Computer skills
• Time Management and Punctuality
• .Communication skills (Dual Language (Arabic & English)
