 A Construction company would like to announce for the following vacancy:
EXECUTIVE MANAGER
SCOPE:
•Planning, organizing, leading and oversight of all company activities in order to achieve the company's goals of growth and increased market share for the company and public supervision of all sections of the company and functions of the General Manager in his absence
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage the company resources and assets
•Prepare budget plan for each project.
•Carry out company policies and norms.
•Follow all company procedures and guidelines
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1.Knowledge:
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
•English language.
•An understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
•Project management and planning basis
•Accounting, finance and HR basis.
2.Skills:
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
•Analytical and problem solving skills.
•Decision making skills.
•Communications skills.
•Stress management skills.
•Time management skills.
•Project management skills
3.Personal Attributes
The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:
•Be honest and trustworthy.
•Be respectful.
•Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
•Be flexible.
•Demonstrate sound work ethics.
CERTIFICATION
•BSc in civil engineering discipline.
•MBA is preferred
•MSc in Civil engineering is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
•Not less than ten years experience in projects management
