Job Title: Logistic Officer
Place of work: Head Office, Khartoum
Job Description:
•Understanding warehouse and inventory computer systems
•Creating shipping/delivery routes and schedules
•Tracking shipment progress
•Understanding safety/security processes and procedures
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel
•Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs;
•Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle;
•Use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements;
•Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers;
•Implement health and safety procedures;
•Plan vehicle routes
•Assisting in custom clearance shipment
•Follow up with concern governmental department
•Follow up with bank regarding to shipment procedures
    
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree in Business administration or related field
2.Skills needed (communication skills, computer skills)
Preferred:
1.2 years' experience.
