A newly established sports center is looking to hire a proactive and energetic staff within its team under the following capacity:
1- Leisure Facilities Supervisor: To create a fun and exciting environment across all areas of the Sports Center while delivering excellent hospitality and entertainment for individuals and parties. Ensure the best possible level of Customer Service at all times through successful training in all areas of the Sports Center including Trampoline Park, Laser Tag, PlayStation/9D VR, Bumper Cars, Ice Skating, Soft Play Area and Outdoor Activities.
Minimum Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
· Relevant education or course would be preferred.
· People Management knowledge and skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good command of the English language.
· Customer Service oriented.
· Training and development skills.
· Hospitality knowledge and skills
· Team player, highly committed and can work on a shift basis.

2- Activity Member: To be familiar with all products within all areas of the Sports Center and to have full knowledge of all current promotions, you will have to constantly be alert to all sales opportunities and actively seek to offer products and services available to meet guests’ needs. You must be able to maintain operating standards and to competently operate the Reception booking systems and all till’s. Ensure that you are fully aware of Health & Safety regulations and work in a clean and safe manner to minimize the risk to guests and colleagues. To ensure that the Center is clean and tidy at all times. Must learn to have full knowledge of all activities and their respective prices. To host and entertain individuals and parties to a high standard of service.
